Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. K's Performance RC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
K's Performance RC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- File a claim with the carrier if necessary
We recommend selecting shipping insurance or requiring a signature at checkout for high-value orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. K's Performance RC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be made after an order has shipped.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country
- Compliance with their country's import regulations
Delivery times for international orders vary widely.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
