All Sales Are Final
At K's Performance RC, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect product selection, or buyer's remorse.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Defective, Damaged, or Non-Delivered Items
While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is:
- Defective or malfunctioning
- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect or missing from your order
- Never delivered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for non-delivered items) at ksrchelp@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video of the defect or damage (if applicable)
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Claims for shipping damage or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund under any circumstances:
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale"
- Used, modified, or installed products
- Items without proof of purchase
- Items returned without prior authorization
